In this event you will learn:
✅ Take a historical look at how certain beer styles developed.
✅Learn what makes them what. What are some defining factors that make certain styles what they are.
✅Learn how to tell them apart. We show you what to look for and teach your palate how to identify certain defining flavours.
✅Put your skills to the test. You take a crack at a blind tasting putting each beer you taste into the proper categories.
✅There will be a discussion and mingling at the end.
The price is $75/person and includes 8x 4 oz Ontario Craft Beer samples, all different styles. A snack bar with appetizers sourced from our YGK local restaurants plus a tasting kit with a 4 pack of beer to take home. Early Bird special price starting now until January 31st.
